Iowa Politicos Kiss Ass Better Than Most

I have to give credit to fellas like David Roederer and John Maxwell…they know how to kiss ass better than most people in politics…

The entire political world is talking about ass-crazy Sarah Palin and her sudden, abrupt and just plain weird decision to resign as Governor of Alaska…

While most of the people here in the Saloon are still puzzled by her decision to leave the governorship…not so with people like Roederer or John Maxwell….

Roederer said, “Geographically, I just don’t know if she could do both jobs. The distance is huge.”

So…what David…is Sarah moving to Johnston with you? Hanging in Kansas City? Camped out at Red Rock? Seriously..wtf?

This woman has been governor about two years..she abruptly resigns as governor on the Friday before a holiday and you get down on all fours and lick her boots like a good boy…

You kiss ass with the best of them, my friend…

Also earning special recognition in the Saloon is pseudo-Iowan John Maxwell..for those of you that don’t know…Maxwell has worked as a consultant for Monkey Bubble Grassley for years..I am not sure if it was the 70’s or 80’s the last time he lived in Iowa…but Tom Harkin might have lived here more recently…anyways….

Maxwell says, “I can see a lot more on the upside than the downside.”

Read that as: Call me Sarah. I would love to be paid by your pac.

Roederer is always looking for a good paycheck…he is the same RINO that tried to sell Central Iowa taxpayers on the Project Destiny boondoggle which would have raised everyone’s taxes..in selling that Roederer got into bed with Jeff Link and his crew…more recently though Roederer was seen selling John McCain to anyone that would listen. The guy is clearly very attracted to horribly flawed, completely f’ed up ideas..

The next thing you know…we’ll find out he is joined at the hip with Doug Gross in his endless quest to find a liberal to run against a passel of good conservatives for the GOP nomination for governor..oh…wait..
